3D Network Operations Center

The Virtual NOC brings network monitoring into an immersive 3D command center. Network engineers and NOC technicians enter a virtual operations room where live dashboards, alert panels, and network maps are displayed on massive 3D screens — all rendered from real monitoring tools via embedded browsers.

Key Features

  • Live Dashboard Walls — Grafana, LibreNMS, PRTG, SolarWinds, or any web-based monitoring tool rendered on giant 3D display walls. Multiple dashboards visible simultaneously in a panoramic command center layout.
  • Real-Time Alert System — Critical alerts trigger visual and audio cues in the 3D environment. Screens flash red, alarms sound, and AI agents automatically pull up affected device details.
  • AI NOC Agents — LLM-powered AI agents that monitor dashboards, detect anomalies, correlate events across systems, and suggest remediation steps.
  • Collaborative Troubleshooting — Multiple engineers enter the same NOC room during incidents. Point at screens, discuss in real-time, and coordinate response.
  • Network Topology Visualization — 3D network maps where routers, switches, and access points are positioned geographically. Click any device to open its management interface.
  • Shift Handoff — AI agent summarizes the current shift's events, open tickets, and active alerts when a new engineer enters the NOC.

Use Cases

ISP Operations — Monitor fiber networks, wireless towers, and customer CPE from a virtual command center. AI detects outage patterns and suggests maintenance windows.

MSP/IT Teams — Manage multiple client networks from one virtual NOC. Each client gets their own monitoring wall. AI handles first-level triage and escalation.

Data Centers — Virtual walkthrough of server racks with live power, temperature, and utilization data overlaid on 3D models.

Enterprise Security — SIEM dashboards, firewall logs, and threat maps on wall displays. AI security agent monitors for IOCs and triggers incident response workflows.

Integration

  • Any Web-Based Tool — If it runs in a browser, it runs on a NOC screen. Grafana, Zabbix, Nagios, Datadog, Splunk, AWS CloudWatch — all supported.
  • SNMP/API Polling — Direct device polling for real-time status overlays on the 3D network map.
  • Webhook Alerts — PagerDuty, OpsGenie, and custom alerting systems trigger in-world events.
  • Ticketing Integration — ServiceNow, Jira, ConnectWise tickets displayed and manageable from within the NOC.

Technology

Built on the same Torque3D + CEF + AI Bridge stack as the Virtual Office Platform. The NOC environment is a specialized room configuration with curved multi-screen display walls, central command desk, 3D network topology renderer, and AI NOC agent with network-specific training.

Why Virtual NOC?

  • Remote NOC teams — Engineers work from home but feel like they're in the same room
  • Cost savings — No physical NOC room, video walls, or dedicated hardware needed
  • AI augmentation — AI handles the boring monitoring; humans handle the complex incidents
  • Scalable — Spin up additional NOC rooms for major incidents or new clients instantly
