Peak AI Support — 24/7 AI Support Agent for ISPs
The problem
Small and regional ISPs and WISPs drown in repetitive tier-1 calls — modem reboots, "is it down for everyone," slow-speed complaints — around the clock. 24/7 human coverage is brutally expensive: the dominant outsourcer (ISPN Network Services) bills roughly $100/hr, and even market-rate US tier-1 runs $35–60/hr. After hours, customers wait — or churn.
What we built
A 24/7 AI voice and chat support agent that answers every call and chat, walks the customer through tier-1 troubleshooting, captures the full ticket (name, account, issue, steps tried, contact), auto-creates it in the system, and escalates only what it can't solve to a human. Branded per ISP.
The proof — live, not slideware
On June 11, 2026, the production system handled an unscripted ISP support conversation end to end: it greeted the customer as "Max," extracted the account details (modem red-lights, reboot already tried), auto-created ticket TKT-92015, and ran live tier-1 troubleshooting — all without a human.
The result
24/7 coverage for about $1,000/mo versus roughly $17,000/mo for a single part-time human who's gone at night — about 90% less cost, with better coverage. The AI alternative to a 176-person legacy outsourcer.
